Rachel knows what she is doing!! Excellent teacher and trainer. When Rachel trains you, her focus is on only you. Her personality is tops, she can answer any question you throw at her. She will always do what is best for you. She is one of a kind!!

Working with Rachel has been incredible. My workouts have been challenging and fun (usually), and I've achieved great results. And she's great about fitting my schedule -- even at 6AM. I highly recommend.
