Amanda was responsive, understanding, and communicative. She understood our day of needs and made sure both families felt comfortable, stress free, and relaxed.
This day was nothing short of magical and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist in the day of production of this wedding. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and Amanda made sure every single detail was perfect, even to the point where I was so relaxed I didn’t know what else to do other than chill.
Not only did Amanda/Grace Kelly Events exceed my expectation but she is now part of the family.
You’d be crazy not to work with her!!

Amanda went above and beyond expectations! She was more than just an event coordinator, she really took the time understand me as a person and vision for my wedding. She made real time adjustments if needed and was there to ensure my needs were always take care of to make sure it was the perfect day for what I wanted and it was. I highly recommend Amanda.

We hired Amanda six weeks before our wedding and THANK GOODNESS we did!!! We endured every bride and groom's worst nightmare. Less than three weeks before the wedding our ceremony venue situation went up in flames. Their event coordinator quit and the contract, though signed, was up for re-negotiation due to its vague nature.
My husband and I were extremely grateful for Amanda, especially since we were in LA and our wedding was in NYC. She stepped in and went straight to the top of management who worked with her until the moment we walked down the aisle. In a matter of a week she had everything in order. The contract was even better and she negotiated a better deal and rate on our behalf for our ceremony space.
Just a week after signing with Amanda she was in NYC, with my mother, taking pictures/videos of the space and making connections. Our ceremony space had a bizarre layout, but not to fear, Amanda literally took colored pencils and a sketch pad and made the vision come to life and put everyone at ease.
The morning of the wedding Amanda picked up all of our items and brought them to our venue/restaurant before arriving at the hotel. Yes, she has a big pick-up truck, and yes, we took full advantage (thanks again for that)!!
To be honest we never thought we would be able to hire a wedding coordinator since so many companies have such high price points and Amanda's prices were more than fair. We wish we had her for the entire duration of our planning.
Thank you Amanda for dealing with all the BS. She's worth every cent and then some!

Amanda was the absolute best wedding planner that my husband and I could have asked for. Our wedding day was seamless because of all of Amanda’s hard work. She was incredibly easy to work with and so responsive to us. It felt like she was inside my brain and knew exactly what I wanted, and she executed our vision incredibly well. She handled the minutia of the event so my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding day- I have a very vivid memory of watching Amanda move chairs around all day to accommodate for the weather, knowing that I really wanted to get married outside. The team was incredibly sweet and felt like family by the end of the night. I can confidently say that our wedding was a success because of Amanda and her team, and I can’t recommend Grace Kelly Events enough!
