The quality of the work out is most important to me when I was searching for a personal training experience. Ariel is the most qualified trainer that I’ve worked with and is very knowledgeable in all areas of physical fitness and nutrition. He dedicates his time in making sure that you are working out to your best ability and safely. In the past, I’ve worked with inexperienced trainers who have caused injury to my body and Ariel has taught me my limits and dedicates his time to making sure that I don’t get hurt. He is personable and very professional and determined to you get you the results that you have been seeking. Every workout is creative and he really knows how to cater to my individual needs. He has motivated, challenged and inspired me to be my best! I feel that I am in the best shape of my life and my body has never looked so good as it does since I’ve been training with Ariel. He truly does cater to your individual needs and being a 46-year-old working mom my energy was very low and I felt drained all the time. His training has improved my energy levels substantially and I feel stronger than ever! He has helped me recognize my potential and ability far beyond what I imagined possible! I feel stronger and look better which were two of my personal goals. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100 for a single session, I have also packages and rates according to how many days a week a person is willing to commit
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost we have to get to know each other and see if the chemistry is there. I feeI that a sense of trust between the new client and I must be there for the success to also to be there
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always kept up with all my certifications as well as playing sports like soccer, MMA, tennis. I was also I was a power lifter and I’m certified in Olympic lifting. I have extensive experience but I feel gives me an edge
