Introduction: My teaching style is very eclectic pulling from many styles of yoga with an emphasis on alignment and incorporating my knowledge and education of wellness and health. Feeling Honored to teach Yoga, I hope to guide students on their own unique journey.Various approaches will be combined in one class. For example, I may insert some restorative poses after a rigorous vinyasa class or incorporate Kripalu asanas to align posture. A multidisciplinary background provides for an expansive bag of tricks from which to draw and meet the specific needs of my students.
