- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Welcome and Discussion: We will begin by discussing your goals, explaining hypnosis, and answering your questions. Induction: At this time, you are guided into a relaxed, focused state. I may use techniques like guided imagery, progressive relaxation, or deepening suggestions. Suggestive Work: While you're in a hypnotic state, I will offer positive suggestions in line with your goals, whether that's stress reduction, habit change, or other areas of improvement. Awakening: You'll be gently brought back to full awareness, often feeling refreshed and focused. Post-session Discussion: You'll have a chance to discuss your experience and ask any further questions and schedule a follow-up appointment if desired.
