FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would say my pricing system is complicated and high. But what you receive at Hair Goddess Of NY, you will not even receive in the most upscale hair salon in Manhattan or Beverly Hills. I have seen many stylists' work, and hair quality, and doesn't meet my requirements.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently did one of Bravo's Housewives' hair, and she was thrilled. She absolutely loves her new hair. She has been a hair extension wearer for quite some time of the technique I perform, noticed a difference right away between my work and her previous hair extensions. She stated that when she use to lose strands, her own hair would be attached at the tip of the coil, and when she lost one of my hair extension strands, there was none of her hair attached. She couldn't be more happy.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to be very careful with whom you choose to do your hair extensions, ask lots of questions, and do plenty of research. Hair extensions attached by glue, or sewn in can damage someone's hair forever, so be ware when researching. Also, lots of stylists say "I sell the best hair," and deliver poor results. Ask for a sample of the product you decide to purchase. Sometimes the sample and actual hair is silicone coated, so when I receive the hair it's super soft and silky, however after several washes, the coating wears off, leaving the hair to tangle and knot. This is the result of hair from a "company" and not actual 100% full cuticle human hair.
