Dmitri was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, proactive, and communicative. Very personable. He managed to secure the part we needed, which was a challenge, and stayed late to get it installed. He even vacuumed my refrigerator coil for me (something I had neglected). He also advised me on few other appliances that we’re making strange sounds.

I had a great experience working with this company. I contacted them because my garbage disposal was broken. They reached out immediately and we scheduled a convenient time for the work. After an initial attempt to fix the unit, it was determined that it needed to be replaced (which I had figured). However, after returning with the new unit, the repairman found the remaining cause of the issue while removing the old unit and was able to fix it! This saved me hundreds of dollars! I'll definitely be using them for appliance repair in the future.
