- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the Program you select. All Programs begin with the Consultation mentioned below. Program examples are the Good Dog aka Simply the Basics, the Dream Dog, etc or a specifically designed program to fit your particular needs. Discounts are available to our Vets and Military personnel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with an in depth private in-home or Virtual on-line Consultation which is up to 3 hours in length and I prefer the entire "pack" (household) to be there. We will cover your dog's complete history to date, have a Nutrition Consultation, Evaluation of your dog's abilities and discuss information regarding vaccines, heartworm, flea & tick protection available with non-toxic natural products. Then we will get started with our first session. Thereafter, we will decide on which Program is best suited for your needs. It all depends on how much direct help you prefer. Finally, we will work together, usually on a weekly basis to accomplish all the goals set forth in our Consultation and get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training was "hands-on" in NY's only proprietary school for Professional Dog Trainers. I like to stay current by reading every journal, article, recall and new developments which are all at my disposal and I share all pertinent information on my 3 fb pages daily, as well as share the info w/my contact list via email on a regular basis. I also attend as many Conferences as possible and regularly takes online webinars, classes & compile data from dozens of resources to be shared with my clientele.
