Dan c/o Quantum Electric NY is nothing less than expert. I greatly appreciate his professionalism and mastery. He was highly communicative, prompt, kind, courteous, and respectful. When I didn’t have materials needed to complete my repair, he volunteered to obtain it for me and finish the repair. Dan came to troubleshoot and find out what was going on with one of the outlets that has a flashing red light. He inspected the outlet, electrical wires and circuit breaker. He was very thorough and explained everything. He also educated me on signs to look out for if something was wrong, how safety features of gfci outlets work and what to do in cases something is wrong. I found him trustworthy. From this day on he will be my home’s electrician. Call him and you won’t regret it.
