About
We have no conflict of interest. We do not market to real estate agents. We also do not do any type of mold remediation or repairs, when we come in to test for mold and air quality we have no hidden agenda to find mold or problems. We are strictly there for our clients and NOT to sell them thousands of dollars worth of work that they may or may not need. We WILL however help and consult with our clients and whatever company they choose to fix the problems FREE of charge after the testing.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Price is the last thing you should ask any home inspector! Ask about experience, qualifications, type of report, do they go on the roof, will there be 1 or 2 inspectors at your inspection, all good questions. Then the price, the cheapest price is usually the least thorough inspection. Most of the really qualified inspectors are all within $50.00 of each other. Give us a call and we would be happy to go over how much more you will be getting with an A-Tech Inspection Services Inspection!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You NEVER want to use a mold company that either does not test before working on your home, or that does there own testing and remediation! This is a CONFLICT of interest. You always want an independent inspector to do the inspection and testing before a mold company starts any work! You also want to make sure you are using a qualified, certified inspector to do the testing and inspection, not one that tells you "but we send it to a certified lab" You want to make sure they have training and certification to perform the air testing and inspection work!
