We have a personal fitness training studio that's upscale, clean, well-equipped and expertly staffed with nationally certified fitness trainers in conveniently located Colonial Square Shopping Center, Route 59, in Airmont, NY.
Fitness Together is an international franchise company, and our studio was established in 2007 and provides easy access to NYS Thruway and Garden State Parkway.
Our clients primarily come from Rockland, Orange, and Bergen counties.

A. Important to train with a qualified fitness trainer; preferably someone who has a nationally recognized certification (such as NASM, ISSA, etc.)
Important to train with someone who only uses quality and safe equipment.
Important to train in a clean facility to prevent illness and also to make the training experience a most pleasant one !
