New York Ballroom Dance of Long Island, New York are where all ages come to learn to dance. Our dance lessons are designed to teach beginners, social dancers, and advanced competitive dancers. Whether you are interested in social dancing and exercise, or serious competition and a future career, our expert staff will teach you to dance in a fun and exciting way, even if you thought you never could.

Learn Salsa/Mambo, Cha-cha, Merengue, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Tango, Argentine Tango, Samba, Rumba, Swing, Paso Doble, Hustle, or Jive from our staff of accomplished instructors.

We have group classes for all ages and levels, where you can get real-world experience, dancing with different partners, learn proper dance floor etiquette, gain confidence, and make new friends. Private lessons are an excellent option for those interested in intensive one-on-one attention and learning.

Dancing is a creative, physical, and social outlet for the young and young at heart. Partner dancing is like having a physical conversation on the dance floor. We look forward to introducing you and/or your children to the joy and beauty of it!
