I was referred to Jopsh by another home inspector who was unable to do our modular home inspection. Josh was great! He responded immediately and was able to schedule a time that worked for us. He explained the process. One of the things we liked best about Josh was he did what he said he was going to do. He was prompt, friendly and extremely thorough. He explained what to look for and what might be needed. Our experience with Josh was excellent and we would wholeheartedly recommend him for home inspections.

Josh was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived to the property before we did and began the inspection filling us in on his findings. His initial report came the same day and the Radon report followed later. Josh, made himself available to us via text even after the inspection. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a NYS Licensed inspector, it is my duty and responsibility to remain up to date and partake in continuing education classes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being in the industry for over 20 years, it wasn't until I bought my own home and was going to inspect it myself, that I learned that you needed to be licensed in NY to conduct home inspections. Licensing is relatively new in NY (2006). It was during my own home buying experience that I knew I had found what it was I wanted to for my career.
