The technician came promptly as scheduled. Questions or communications were always answered quickly. The work was explained as to what I needed to be done. The job was done as agreed and everything is now working well. We have heat, Mr. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, reliable and it was a pleasure to have someone who takes pride in their work. Paul showed up on time and got to work on my boiler issue. He identified the problem and explained exactly what was wrong. He purchased the items needed and gave me a reasonable price for all the work completed. I'd definitely recommend him and request his service again
