Introduction: Some painting companies send over a crew and you deal with a foreman. With Scott Painting, the owner is on the job 100% of the time. I work alone and take a lot of pride in my work. Many years ago, I was trained by a craftsman. Helpers today don't take that same pride, and can't produce the craftsmanship that the painters did years ago. When I do a sheetrock or plaster patch many times the customer says, "I can't see where the patch is. It looks like a new ceiling. Nice job.". This gives me great sense of satisfaction and reward. When I think about it the customers reaction is what I love most about my job.
