- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we do have competative pricing. We can offer a more discounted management fee if you have a multi family or multiple properties. as well as different payment tiers to choose from.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typical process for setting up a new client is to give owners a portal so they can immediately see any accounting processes, maintenance needs, inspection reports, etc. And when we find a tenant or existing tenants we also set them up with their own portal as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
If you are a novice investor we educate you on where and what to spend your money on when you need to do repairs on the property to minimize cost and collect the maximum amount of revenue possible.
