I have been working on computers and business since I was 19 years old. It started as a hobby and has turned into a asset in making my passion of being a business owner come true and allow me the ability to advise others on making sound business decisions.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that there is a requirement beyond just day to day issues. An IT provider should have a knowledge of your systems and software but also have the capability and desire to learn about your business process in order to improve and make sound recommendations on your infrastructure.
