Hire Alex if you want the work done without drama. It took him longer to complete our project than expected (complex herringbone pattern), but I would take it over poor quality. He picked up all flooring material (heavy!) from the store, removed old flooring, installed new, and cleaned everything. Highly recommended.

Floors and light fixture look great. He was late both times and didn’t communicate being late the second time until I reached out. I also have been waiting for a quote for my basement getting done after discussing it and have not heard back after reaching out.
