Family Fitness Unlimited

This is a family fitness studio, where working out doesn't feel like you're working. The studio offers classes for kids, adults and family. We also offer the following: * Abs * Break dancing * Belly dancing * Boot camp * Hip-hop * Latin fusion * Capoiera * Yoga (prenatal, restorative, kids, teen, vinyasa and family) * Zumba * Zumbatomic * Zumba circuit * Zumbatomic family In addition to group classes, there is also a CPR/AED certification, health classes and a free teen group. Often, we as parents run to the gym and drop the kids in child's play, where they watch TV and play video games. Here at Family Fitness Unlimited, the parent can do Zumba while the child is in another room doing zumbatomic or break dancing for example. Then there are classes where parent and child can workout together.
