I reached out to PropertyFirst to manage my second home in Upstate NY. Not only do they do Lawn & Landscape Maintenance, but they offered me a complete home management package that covers everything from storm damage, security, interior services and maintenance etc.
They are professional and their prices are very affordable. It gives me piece of mind knowing that my second home is in good hands. I would reccommend any one of their services without reservation.

We are thrilled with the service provided by PropertyFirst Management. Our church yard looks well cared for, the walkways have a nice edging and they are kept clear of debris. Since we have 3 acres this is a lot of work in these hot days and we appreicate the reliabilty and service we received.
