Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Personalized service. At the Law Offices of Charles R. Gueli, I handle each case from inception until trial. At bigger firms you will speak to a different paralegal every time you call for an update and they will send a different attorney each time your case has a court appearance. When you call my office you will only discuss your case with me and I am the only attorney to work on your case. Winning! I thrive on discrediting my opponent's theories and defenses. I also appreciate the gratitude shown by my clients when I have given them the results they expect and deserve. The best compliment is when a client refers a family member or friend.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All attorneys are required to obtain 24 credit hours of continuing legal education every 2 years. I feel it is important to keep up on all the latest developments in my areas of practice. Accordingly, I routinely exceed this minimum requirement.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The most important thing is to see a doctor ASAP. How serious could your injury be if you talk to a lawyer first? A defense attorney would eat this up. And while there are plenty of good chiropractors and therapists out there, the gold standard for treatment is from a medical doctor. Additionally, it is never wise to exaggerate your injuries. It is also important to take pictures at the scene of an accident and to get the names and contact information for any witnesses. Lastly, silence is golden. While insurance adjusters may be friendly and helpful, always remember that their job is to pay as little as possible to get rid of your case.
