Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. As a business owner, your focus is to grow your own company and not have the burden of IT issues. Your technology should be HELPING you grow and be more efficient, not the other way around! A professional team can be a great asset to your company without having to pay for a full time IT staff member, paid vacations, sick days, insurance and other costly items!

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. One of our favorite stories of many, was working for a new client a few years back. They had an Active Directory that wasnt setup properly, backups that were not functioning, workstations that were extremely slow.. In a single weekend, our team was able to make a complete backup of all server and workstations, and blow out the entire network. By Monday morning, a fresh new domain functioning properly, Exchange server, proper backups, and completely fresh workstations were running! We stayed on board Monday morning to make sure there were no hiccups, and all went well!

This company was John Hancock Financial in Maryland by the way! The following weekend, we went to Washington DC and completed the same excact process! Back to back success stories!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. As the owner of the company, I have worked at IBM at 19 years old, Memorial Sloan Kettering shortly after. From elementary school technology is ALL I ever wanted to work with! Our staff shares the same love and personal pride of their work!

A. Honesty is the number one priority in the technology feild. Dishonesty will waste time, resources and costs of both you and your customer. Always suggest and propose as if you were working on this project for your own office/home.
