- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With 24/7 service, a new customer could call us at any time. When we first get contacted, it is important to assess the damage so that we can properly diagnose what needs to be done to make sure that the damage doesn't get worse. From then on, we work with the owner and insurance companies to ensure that the job is done professionally and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
