Introduction: My gym specializes in small group training, along with weight loss and corrective exercise as well as rehabilitation. You don't need to be a member to get training or come to the classes. My feeling is don't pay for a membership, but pay for results. I am offer the "DC Method", which is my 9-week custom program. My goal is to incorporate every area of major importance into one training program. This includes cooking and packaging food, training, support, consistency, and great recipes, so you never feel hungry. We throw out garbage and junk, and educate you on what to have around for snacks.
