We specialize in all lawn care, and most home repair and remodeling, from plumbing repair to painting.
We have been around since 2001. We started in 2001 with lawns, then in 2002, we had clients asking about plumbing, kitchen and bathroom projects.
We joined the local 392 plumbing and pipe fitters union in 08 to pick up a few tricks in our 10 plus years of experience.
Anyways, give us a call, and see why we're still here, and why none can beat our prices.

I had a toilet leaking for a few months and did'nt know it. I seen one of their flyers in my door a few days prior to then. So I called them up and I was very surprised out how efficient and accurate they were. It turned out that the leak left some wall damage/mold. So I told them to give me a price on the whole bathroom,(I wanted something diffeent anyways) and within one day he got me a VERY reasonable bid with high quality Moen parts and a new Kohler toilet for about half of what the other bids I had recieved. And after they were done I was extremely happy with how my bathroom looked!! I would recommend this company for anything!! Especially the owner,as far as plumbing,he was very knowledgeable and made what was going on easy to understand...The same can be said about his ability to design a very affordable remodel.. Excellent company to deal with A+++

A. My most common types of jobs are plumbing jobs. From repairing a toilet or faucet to replacing bathtubs, and my favorite is the running new systems into an unfinished basement, or just adding a shower to a finished room or basement. Along with those also comes the drywall work.. And after several years of trial and error I got really good with a drywall knife.... I'd put my work up against anyone out there..
A. Do your homework. If its a plumbing issue look your possible problem up online then test your possible worker for hire. If theyre on the right track they re probably ok if they avoid ask why. Keep in mind also that there are more than one way to fix a problem so mainly pay attention to body language, and if sceptical get second opinion
A. Not really because without the practice my tricks can lead to problems. It took years of me playin around with the basics to improve them not just a shot in the dark.
A. Mainly how much experience and if they like their job. If they hate it they ll have the get the hell out of here mentallity and that can cost more than the original problem. A little experience and a love for the work make alot of difference.
A. What they want accomplished and if they're open to suggestions. We have varied jobs here and there and saved people around half of what they were originally going to spend. But to some degree like plumbing fixtures expect to pay some. If you cut corners on those things like toilets, faucets, etc, you get what you pay for (but we can get discounts on some of those items too). There are ways of cutting cost but not quality.
A. About six years ago my Grandma got hurt and put in a home. And while she was there My aunt offered to pay me if I'de fix it up some.... Mind you it's a 70 yr old Norwood home, that had termite damage to the walls and floors. Anyways I spent 2 months workin solo on it with my aunt figuring on selling it. Until the second time the appraiser came over to look at the house fixed up (atleast 60% finished) his initial offer was 22,000. This time he really looked it over and appraised it around 49000. She could'nt believe it.. And when Grandma saw the house it made what I do worth it.
