Introduction: Most repairs are completed in 24 to 72 hours. You are not waiting weeks to get your computer back. We do not steal your personal data(documents, pictures, music, videos) like some places. We do everything we can to preserve your personal files on your computer. Wipe and reinstall is a lazy technician way of fixing a computer. We only use wipe and re-install as a last resort, some infections you just can't remove otherwise. computer repair, services and sales, Network services and sales, Online Backups, Remote Assistance. We do in-store(you bring it to us) or in-home services(we come to you pick it up and bring your computer back if we need to take it) We only allow our techs to be at a residence for 1 hour if the problem takes longer, they ask to bring it back to the shop. Working with the different challenges my clients provide me with their various computer and networking problem throughout North Central Ohio.
