Stress is a reality in our fast-paced society. At Be in the Tao, I offer options: massage therapy, Reiki, and Chi Nei Tsang abdominal detox massage to name a few.

I have had a private practice since 1992. I have studied with many extraordinary teachers in my field, and I bring their wisdom to you. Whether you choose Cranio Sacral, Lomi Lomi, Thai, or just plain Swedish massage, I have the expertise and blending of techniques that will get to the core of the problem and aid your body in its journey to vibrant health.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When looking for any type of provider I recommend someone check out their background. Have the actually studied the discipline or have they read a book! Hands on practice is the only way to become a massage practitioner that reads the body and listens to the story it tells.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Massage Therapy does not have to hurt. You do not have to leave bruised.'No Pain No Gain" in this field is a myth. When one moves Chi as they work amazing things happen without further trauma.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How long have you been practicing? Who have you studied with? Do you actually get massages yourself? The answers to these questions can be very telling.
