A. Hire someone whom is bonded and insured and is a certified groomer with training. Make sure the facility is clean and the staff is friendly and professional.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. That they practice safe grooming practices and do not secure the dog by the neck. This can be very dangerous. That the drying cages are well ventilated and not all solid metal that will overheat a dog.
