I have over 18 years of hands-on experience with computers and have an education in the IT field.
Diagnosis is free, and I charge a flat rate of $75 for any hardware-related service, virus removal or new computer setup.
I offer free pickup/delivery of your PC within Brook Park/local area and $20 outside of the area. Parts and software are extra, if needed to complete a job. I could order parts at low prices or I could help you shop for them.

Tony came to my house and repaired my laptop very quickly. Exceptional in knowledge of computers, laptops, and many other electronics...Tony repaired my computer in 30 mnutes added a program as well...computer repair shops quoted 4 hrs. for the repair and 25.00-30.00il ...Very Respectul, Polite, and Honest.....Will be hiring AGAIN next week for other electronics....
