Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Word of mouth is always the best way to hear about a company. Speak with friends and family and ask if they have done business with them or if they have heard any reviews on them. I would call the Better Business Bereau and the local Chamber offices as well to get more insigth on the company.


Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Yes, a customer can always do a search online and see other examples of issues they maybe having. This will give them an idea if the business is being honest and fair with them.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask the provider the exact experience with the issue on hand and have the provider give an example of what steps they accomplished to complete the task

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. A buyer should feel like the business took time out and helped them with their decision. More and more we see salesman just being pushy and on to the next best sale. KGC Computers employees will never try and get a customer to make a decisions right on the spot. We want to build a long time relationship with our customers and one conversation will not do that in our opininon.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why do I keep getting viruses? I ask the customer what protection they use and I also ask the customer if they are visiting web sites that would be considered a bit risky. I also explain to the customer the internet is a tool to use and it's our responsibility how we use it.
