My name is Byron Jones, but most people know me as Buck. I have been in business for over 10 years. Additionally, I have done general contracting work for 17 years. I, along with our corporation co-owner Charles Benedict, provide free estimates and consultation on anything from deck design to flood damage repair. We are insured and registered. We are fair priced and professional. We are a family-oriented company with honest values.
We provide extensive remodeling services and also minor services such as handyman jobs and general maintenance. Need a door installed, a railing fixed, a floor leveled, or just a room painted, we will provide you with a friendly service, professional results and quality work every time.
In building a garage, a shed or a deck, we can provide all services including required permits and materials. We provide free estimates. Our estimate process is thorough and fair; we do not give prices on the spot, as with any purchase, or job, costs and materials must be researched to ensure the best price and value. We are here to ensure you get the improvements or repairs you want, done right, and done at a fair price. As I said, we are a family company, and we will be there when you need us.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Get estimates, Make sure the company has insurance get a certificate from them, and call the insurance company. This is a good indicator that they are not going to take off on you. We get a lot of horror stories, make sure you have a contract that lists the companies TaxID, so you know you can get a tax write off for the work, make sure the contract spells out what you are paying for. For example, it shouldn't say Paint bedroom 580$, First thats a high price to paint most bedrooms, It would be better to list the work, for example: Remodel Bedroom: Install new light on ceiling, Install new outlets, Repair holes in plaster, Replace baseboard on north wall. Prime cieling and walls. Paint cieling and walls. $580.00 (now that seems a bit more precise) and you won't be left hanging wondering where your hard earned money went.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Bleech does not kill mold. It simply nuetralizes it, and next time you have moisture you will have Mold again.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Will you have the Job site tested when the remediation is done; by a third party to ensure a clean healthy home?
Do you have insurance to cover my home if something goes wrong?
Although we have never had an incident or insurance claim, we do carry insurance, We are very thorough in our estimates and our experience is key, when determining, unseen factors. Knowing what to expect and potential dangers, keeps our job sites safe and worry free. Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. When I meet with customers a lot of them really don't know what to expect. I like to see the nervousness go away, after we talk and they see that we are legit, we have insurance are registered, and our estimates are professional, personalized, and include all the information the customer would need incase of a problem. Having such complete estimates, keeps the drama out of contracting, the customer knows exactly what they are getting, incuding the timeline, materials, cost, insurance, and tax information so they may claim there home improvments or repairs. The estimates may also contain photos, or references when needed. Keeping us and the customer informed helps us concentrate on our work, and helps the customer enjoy there project and relax while it progresses.
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. Currently we are improving our web site, with the addition of in addition to out listed site at webs.com both sites may be accessed through our new site. We are aiming for a new user friendly simple interactive design. Showcasing our work and our policies.
Our new site isn't quite finished but you can visit it and play with our tools while we finish it up.
