Introduction: CM3, LLC has provided mold inspection, testing and remediation services throughout Ohio since 2005 and is a “Certified Green" mold remediation contractor. Since the business inception in 2005, CM3 has performed over 400 successful mold remediation projects. Mold remediation services are performed by professionally trained and/or certified technicians. Unlike most other mold remediation contractors, CM3 has skilled craftsman on staff and is capable of replacing removed materials and performing other remodeling services. CM3 performs quality work based upon the latest criteria established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), American Lung Association, National Cancer Institute, and Ohio Department of Health (ODH).
CM3 utilizes an independent environmental laboratory in Columbus, Ohio for sample analysis. The analyses are performed by a Ph.D. Mycologist/Microbiologist that specializes in toxic molds and indoor air quality. Included in the analysis is the identification of the type of molds and allergens, quantification of the molds, and a comparative analysis with the outside air. A lab report will be provided that includes the results of the analysis and recommendations as to the correct methodology in performing the mold remediation.
Our services include mold inspection, air quality testing and mold remediation; carpet, home and office cleaning; air duct cleaning and sanitizing, smoke and fire damage restoration, flood and disaster emergency services, property board-up and winterization; drywall installation and finishing.
Being able to assist homeowner or building occupants, in a timely manner, so that they can continue to live in or return to their homes knowing that it is a safe living environment. I also get enjoyment in training people in the proper methodology for performing mold remediation, teaching them to recognize the different types of mold, and how to identify the cause of the mold. On the business side, I enjoy teaching people how to prepare detailed estimates and costs proposals, contracts, work orders, and scheduling techniques. All are critical in obtaining, and completing a project in a timely manner.
