Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We have been in the roofing and remodeling industry for over 20 years. Our CEO, Scott Hoff, does much of the work himself or directly supervises. He took the tests for General Contractor again in 2005 and passed all with high scores (Columbus, Oh no longer gives the GC tests, they hand out licenses to anyone who says they have experience) With Castle Remodeling LLC, you will get the Royal Treatment Your Castle Deserves from some of the best in the field!

A. I really enjoy improving the quality of living for our customers. It is always a pleasure to hear how impressed our customers are with the results of a project. I enjoy the ever changing projects and all challenges that come with them!

A. Do you offer free estimates?
- yes we do.
How is payment expected?
- in smaller projects we generally expect half down & half upon completion... larger projects will typically be broken down into smaller payments due as different aspects of the project are completed.
Do you subcontract your work?
- we have a great bunch of guys, many have been with us for several years. we do not subcontract work to "lowest bidder" types.
Do you have a warranty?
- yes, 3 years labor warranty in addition to any manufacturers material warranties.
Can I get references?
_ yes, we ask all of our customers to fill a reference sheet out for potential future customers such as yourself.
Are you licensed/ registered for my area?
- we are licensed, bonded and insured. we carry registration in many communities around the Columbus area, if we are not yet registered in your community we can be by the end of the day!
