Introduction: Hello Central Ohio neighbors and fellow business owners! ***Update: I am updating this profile soon, but did want to add - we are now offering gutter cleaning in addition to window washing. PLEASE READ THE SERVICES AND DETAILS CAREFULLY FOR ALL SERVICES, including newly added gutter cleaning (i.e. for now, 1st floor only gutters, etc. Again, we are only adding gutter cleaning for smaller homes/1ST floor/lower gutters for residential - currently do not have an extension ladder, so needs to be low enough to access via a 3-step ladder or with the homeowners set). GUTTER CLEANING AND WINDOW WASHING are a package deal; meaning, we offer gutter cleaning FOR NOW, as part of a window washing service for your home. WE ARE NOT DOING GUTTER CLEANING AS A STAND ALONE SERVICE AT THIS TIME. My job is to help make your storefront or home windows look as clean as possible and to maintain that appearance for you during my time working with you. I have several years’ experience in this line of work, mostly commercial, but adding residential as well. At this time, just getting off the ground, I have the ability to clean up to second floor windows from the ground level. We plan to build this up, add more equipment, and add more services to fit your needs in the near future. I communicate thoroughly with each potential client to assess their desires and expectations, my capabilities for the job, and payment options (i.e. methods accepted and expectations for payment). I enjoy my work and helping customers with the appearance of their business or home. I look forward to meeting with you and answering any questions to best of my ability for you. Robert was fantastic! I would recommend his window cleaning for residential projects to anyone. He was extremely knowledgeable and communicative during the entire process. Robert did a wonderful job cleaning my windows. He was responsive during the initial phase answering questions and providing my quote he was considerably less expensive than other quotes I received and i was thrilled to find this gem. He washed my windows inside and out and cleaned my screens at no extra charge. I am now fortunate to see out my clean and clear windows. I would highly recommend him. He is a one man band but preforms like a symphony. Hire him you won’t be sorry

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commercial: varies, but most commercial storefronts I charge a minimum fee of $35 in/out. Residential: anything 15 windows or more, minimum of $229, which includes interior/exterior window cleaning, window track cleaning, and cleaning/brushing window screens. For exterior only requests, the minimum is $159(does not include track or screen cleaning). Any additional windows over 15, there is a $11 charge/per window(for interior/exterior) and $8/per window(for exterior work only)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with communication. I engage with them, inquire about whether or not they'd be interested in service which helps to alleviate a task that takes time from their day or business, and discuss a quote/details of the work involve and offered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I previously worked in commercial window cleaning for almost two years from about 2016-2018, then a year or two ago decided to venture out on my own using what experience I had and also a desire to be my own boss and build something from the ground up.
