Through a blend of diverse yoga styles, breathing, toning, stretching and meditation you will learn how to balance the body and the mind into the present moment, while clearing tension that builds up throughout the day. All levels are welcome.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I am equipped with unique combination of skills that includes extensive yoga practice learned from different yoga schools. My teaching is highly integrative and allows my students to find their personal yoga style. I help them to develop their self awareness and practice yoga safe yet very effective way. In addition I practice Thai Yoga massage that combines the best of Yoga and the ancient art of reflexology. During my individually tailored massage sessions I also put in energy of Reiki of which I am a profound master.

Each client gets a personal program that prevents everybody from injuries and let anyone to discover the most efficient way to support their wellness by yoga. My yoga sessions are therapeutic and provide variety of exercises for body and mind as well as additional recommendations for a diet and self care based on Aurveda (ancient Indian health care). Each class ends with deep guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra) that has highly restorative and harmonizing effect.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like to share my knowledge and experience with everyone who is willing to accept it. I enjoy seeing how increased self-awareness developed from yoga practice is changing life of my clients. These changes are amazingly visible and obvious! It makes me feel that my work is greatly rewarding. Helping others brings meaning to my life.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common question I got from a beginner is *“Am I able to practice yoga?”* The answer is: “Anyone can do it with modifications based on self-awareness and recommendations of experienced instructor.”

The other group of questions is about how to practice it safely due to certain health problems. Every case is specific and all questions are answered. Each client gets individual attention during the class and provided with specific recommendations about contraindication and benefit of the exercises.

Some people ask: *“Is yoga a religion?”* The answer is:” Yoga is not a religion, it is a holistic practical system of self-development that includes exercises for body, mind and spirit resulting improvement in quality of the life.

Common questions like: *“Can yoga help me to lose weight?” *or *“Can yoga treat my disease?” *are answered as such: “Yes, it is possible with increasing your self-awareness. Do not expect though overnight result. Improvement is inevitable with properly set intention and *diligent regular exercises* which cause growing self-awareness.”
