I bought a groupon for a detailing thinking if this wasn't that good I wouldn't be out a lot of money.
No worries, it turned out great! I took two cars in and both were done the same day and both looked amazing!
Very pleased, and highly recommend this company.

I had both my husbands' and my car detailed by Dwyane. I was getting ready to sell my car or trade it in, so I decided to go ahead and have it detailed before I did this. Wow! What a fantastic job! I ended up taking it to the dealer to trade in instead of waiting to sell it on my own and got a decent trade-in price. I know it had alot to do with having it detailed, because the first dealership I took it to was much lower in their offer. Thanks for a great job on both cars! Have already recommended you to several friends!

I live west and thought the coupon for Delux Detailing wouldn't apply to me unless I drove to the burbs. Not only did I get personalized, to-my-door service, it was on-time and spectacular. There may be several places that will do decent detailing but you will not find one that does a better job, is more customer orientated and more attentive. Thanks! I'll be back.

What an incredible job! Our 2002 car looks like it had a facelift. We were amazed at the improvements in the paint and the small insults that disappeared. Spotless interior, showroom ready. Professional punctual service.
these are the people you want cleaning your car.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Automotive, RV's, Boats, Semi Trucks, Motorcycles

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Take your time and ask for references. If you want a professional job done, my company is the right one for you!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Many customers don't know this, but everyone should clay bar their vehicle after washing it and prior to waxing it. Why? There are dirt particles on the surface of the paint that don't totally come off by washing it alone. My recommendation is to clay bar the entire surface which also makes waxing so much easier!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. I think people should follow up with references before trying a new detail company. My point is....Do you really want a stranger buffing your car without knowing whether or not he is competent? Save yourself a future headache by taking the time to call a few people.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My company has a high standard for professionally detailing your vehicle. We don't cut corners....we clean them!
There are many mobile detail guys out there for less money. Just remember, you get what you pay for! Your automobile is your investment, let us help you preserve it.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy seeing the excitement on my customer's face when picking up their detailed car! Detailing is hard work. Anyone can wash a car, but a true detailer takes great pride in DETAILING the vehicle!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How often should I get my car detailed? Wash it at least once a week, and professionally detail it in the spring and fall. Salt from a long winter is very hard on a vehicle. When you wash it make sure you spray in and around the wheel wells! A good coat of wax and polish works best before the first snow falls.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. A lady brought her Ford Taurus in for detailing last year. She said she had been trying to sell it, but she wasn't happy with the offers. Her car was probably the worst interior I had ever seen, I posted the before and after pictures on my website.....see for yourself at www.ChampionEliteDetailing.com.
She sold her car 2 days later for $800 more then her offering price!!! I now have a happy customer for life!

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I worked in the car industry for over 13 years prior to starting this company. I had to hire and fire many auto detailers to clean my inventory. I have high standards, so I am very picky about the way I want the vehicles to look. I always treat the customer's car like it's my own!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have always loved detailing cars. I used to clean cars part-time while in college for spending money.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We have detailed several of the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals players. We recently cleaned vehicles for the Marvin Lewis foundation.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I'm always on the internet browsing for info on my industry. My vendors who sell their products to me seems to fill me in on the latest technology for Auto Detailing and Reconditioning.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The auto companies are trying to develop a paint process that lasts longer. This would be very much like a "Paint Sealant" which would mean the customer would not have to wax their vehicle as often because the clear coat is much stronger and durable.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. My pricing is very simple.....go to my website
www.ChampionEliteDetailing.com

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Better be passionate about what you do....its hard work!
