- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My packages and prices include everything as described. There are no hidden fee's for stuff like set up or tear down. While my prices may not be the cheapest, I do provide a great return on your investment. Premium Entertainment can't be achieved by cutting corners. It takes a seasoned professional with years of practical experience to pull off a great event. I charge accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I require an in person consultation. While it may seem tedious, the truth is you're spending a lot of money, you need to know exactly what your getting. I've found it beneficial for me and my clients to meet up and set expectations before either of us decide to work together. It creates a better experience for all involved. If an in person meeting is not an option, I have also done video consults through FaceTime, Messenger, or Skype.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I provide a premium service, the way I DJ requires a lot of knowledge in Musical Theory, Audio Engineering, Public Speaking, etc. I have obtained my skills and knowledge from college courses, online courses, and working with other professionals on a regular basis.
