Russ is an excellent barber who cuts and styles ALL types of hair, all textures. I've visited his shop in Cincinatti where I've observed satisfied customers. The shoe shine service is a nice touch, always professionally done as well. An added plus: The atmosphere of the shop - it's relaxed, not rushed. When you enter King's Court it is like stepping back in time - all except for the styling!
