We had Neil paint the exterior of the house, replace some siding and replace some Windows. He first only offered us a 6 month warranty and when asked why, when the other companies were offering a two year warranty. He then said he can give us that extended warranty as long as we pay an extra amount. That should have raised a red flag, but we wanted to work with a local person and went with him. The job turned out pretty good after a lot of rough patches, but by the end of the first year, an area he had put new cedar shake on and new window trim, is not looking good. On those two areas the oils are bleeding through. I have tried numerous times to get him back to fix the problem but has had no response in over nine months. As of this time I would recommend you not have Neil do work for you.
