- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job I perform is a carpet shampoo. I use the best vacuums in the world to remove most of the dry dirt in the carpeting before I shampoo. I use a dry foam shampooer that removes up to 4 times more dirt and stains than any other carpet cleaning method available. This method is gentle on your carpet, safe and non-toxic to people or pets, and it dries in about an hour.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I am an independent service man, which is somewhat rare nowadays. Most people tend to choose a big company service that they find in a coupon book. The main difference between the two would be in the caring. People who maintain their own business simply care more about their customers and the job they do, compared to someone who works for a service.
