We provide personal chef services for private dinners, corporate functions and golf outings. I can cook for 1 person or 600 guests. We offer grill master and bartending services, too!

A. Private dinner parties, Yachting tours, and Catering

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I work my butt off, and good at it. keep smiling is my motto. and I'm skilled in most Trades not affraid to pitch in when and where needed . and I know a few good Jokes

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Treat every one the same, show respect to all, be personal, if you have a bad day don't share it.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. I'll travel to your Yacht, Home ,Resort, Island,or where ever you need me to cook for you. and I'll do it with a smile.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I cook to Please the clients palates, not for the money, I cook with love and passion.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The People the food the travel

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What is your favorite thing to cook? Anything that is eddible. lol......but Rack of lamb is a good one and Moose stew and gumbo rock as well, Jerk chicken and ribs run a close second. then stuffed pork tenderloin.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. There have been so many adventures in different countrys and oceans I cant even begin to pick one story. every day brings a new great expierence(story)!

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I love to cook and travel ......Love art and life, seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Sled riding, kite flying,star gazing is awsom, hot cup of coffee is good, and a boat ride that last for ever.......in to the sun set, and Golfing is kinda dumb. however it's a sport and I'm good at it.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. My mothers cooking was so bad, at the age 14 I said to my self......there's got to be a better way! so I started cooking for the family, then friends etc......and every one said dude, you should open a restaurant so I took my cooking skills to the Yachting and private chef industry.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I cooked for Karl Malone, and other sports and political figures and movie stars etc on a yacht in Alaska

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes, I do regular cooking and tastings classes in the area where I'm located at the time. If they are available.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. I hear that there is a new infer red cooking system .??? other that that just keep up on new spices and new creations and I expierment alot

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. Cooking for up to 20 guest on a yacht in Alaska, had a restaurant in Costa Rica.

A. I work out pricing per job, every one is different.
