    Before Rencon, I had several problems with my computer. After Rencon, All problems are solved. Cutious, inexpensive compared to others I have priced. Was able to get to me right away. 1 day service. He has won my business.

    Unfortunately, I have to change my very positive rating of Trent to a negative. Following our last connection with Trent, he took one of our external hard drives to recover the data. On our last phone connection, he indicated he was able to recover the data and put it on a flashdrive. However, 10 months later, after multiple phone and email attempts to contact Trent, our hard drive and the flash drive with recovered data has not been returned. I would pick it up if he would just contact me to let us know when and where. Additionally, we spent $400 total to clean up one of our laptops and installed new security software. Unfortunately, that laptop no longer turns on at all. I had requested that Trent help us restore it to factory settings….but again, we haven’t heard back from him. It is really unfortunate given I did have confidence in his capability and had initially referred him to others.
