- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of the reasons that I love this career is there is always so much to learn. Recently the studio that I work at went to a functional movement screening seminar where we learned about screening the different movement patterns in people in order to develop a better workout program for that individual.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I earned my degree in dietetics from the University of Cincinnati. I started training as a part time job and I fell in love with it. Now it is my career. I take my knowledge of nutrition and apply it to fitness to ensure my clients get their desired results.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all sorts of clients. Some are just trying to lose weight, while others want to put on weight. It also varies from all different ages. The point I would like to stress is that I take the time to sit down with a client to develop a game plan that will fit their desire goals.
