I have been working with Jess for the past 2.5 years and I am at my strongest and fittest I can be. What's great about Jess is she knows your potential during your workouts (more than you know it yourself) and pushes you to get there. She motivates you during your workout, gives you tough love when you deserve/need it, and even texts you throughout the week to see how you're doing. At the same time, she is kind and will alter the workout depending on how you are performing that day. She also can work with you to put together a nutritional plan if that's your thing -- and she will absolutely hold you accountable! I continue to go to Jess because she has helped me see significant results, she pushes me, she holds me accountable, she is sympathetic, and quite honestly - she is just a fun gal to talk to during the workout. I absolutely recommend her to anyone -- when it comes to personal trainers, she is the best one I have ever worked with.

Jess is an outstanding trainer. She is tough but encouraging. I started working with her almost 1 year ago and have improved my overall fitness and strength. Honestly, training with her is the best fitness decision I have ever made. She is also knowledgeable about nutrition and I send her my food diary and she sends healthy suggestions and ways to improve my diet. I highly recommend Jess!

I love working with Jessica! She motivates me, challenges me and makes working out fun! She knows what I am capable of and I don't want to disappoint her so give it my all. I have been with her only a few months and am measurably stronger. She knows how far she can take me & I am surprised when I can! She helps me with nutrition and advice about workouts at home. I highly recommend her. She is also fun to laugh with during training sessions.

I had the pleasure of having Jessica as a personal trainer for 5 months. I have never been an athletic person so she had a challenge before her. Jessica improved my physical strength and balance greatly. I am the first to admit I never really enjoyed working out but Jessica made it more enjoyable except when she made me do the rower! In all seriousness though I highly recommend Jessica, she is very knowledgeable and a great motivator. If I had not moved out of state I would still be one of her clients.
