Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why are Measurements Important? It must be done correctly for seam placement and to reduce waste so you are only charged for what you purchase. Beware, this is how other companies cheat you!
What is Scrap? Leftovers during the laying down process can be used so you don't waste money. This is where many big chain stores overcharge you.
Why are seams so important? Upon close inspection if a seam does not line up correctly it becomes very noticable plus creates wear problems with the carpeting. Attention to where seams go and the quality of seam tape is very, very important. We are CERTIFIED FLOORING INSTALLERS [CFI] and get the job done right the first time!
