Introduction: I have 9 years experience tending bar in fine, casual and local dining and bar establishments. Assisted in 2 major restaurant openings, including creating bar menus and signature cocktails. I grew up in an Italian American and African American family and I’ve been helping and learning in the kitchen since I was 4 years old. All of my menu items are recipes passed down from my family through the years and also recipes that I have come up with on my own. I have a true passion for guest satisfaction!
