No our prices are clear and transparent. :-) Market Value. We check with the commodities weekly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, and will always research this field. I have recently opened a new restaurant in Clifton Ohio, I call it "My little Foodie Establishment"!! Yes I do have a plan to send each one of us to get updates on Menu and Sanitation and Certification in Culinary advancements.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From my youth I always enjoyed cooking and making goodies for my friends, of course under my Mommy's supervision! Burgers, Salads Cookies cakes. My home was the neighborhood eatery!!~
