Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. "Make sure the Contractor is honest first and foremost. If a Contractor is not honest about the smallest things he will not be honest about the quality of work you're receiving or the price for things such as materials."
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. " Buyers should get several different quotes from several reputable Contractors before deciding on a bid to accept. If the bid is too high, the Contractor is most likely either using the highest quality products and materials, or he is making much more than his fair share of profit. If the bid is extremely low, you're gonna get what you pay for."

A. Palmer Home Improvements is a unique business in that the owner, Tom Palmer, believes that each customer receive the highest quality services for a price that is reasonable and fair. Each project is customized to fit the customer's needs for their home, as well as their budget.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. "I decided at an early age that I needed to learn a skilled trade if I was going to make any kind of living to support a family. I have always been interested in building. As a highly skilled carpenter, I took Lincoln Logs to a whole new level."
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. " I would suggest that anyone wanting to be anything in life should be hard-working and willing to start from scratch and work your way up."
