- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Everything we do is unique. Asking "how much does product packaging cost?" is akin to asking, "how much does a house cost?" :) We need some information first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Project Side: We earn accounts by listening a lot up front, then proposing a scope of work that meets the needs we heard. On-boarding is pretty simple: we have a project kick-off meeting (video or in-person), then lay out the ideal timeline. Financials Side: We only require 1/3 the budget total up front. After that we simply invoice for time into the project every 30 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founders, Dan and Andrea Crask, have Bachelors of Arts and Science degrees, respectively, in visual communications and marketing management.
