I ventured into self-employment recently and needed some help with graphnic design for Word/PPT templates. Colleen took my business card and has worked up multiple options to help me think through color and logo. She has been incredibly quick with turn-around. Email questions were answered within 24 hours. Work was turned around within 2-4 business days.
We're not quite done yet but the delay has been mine; I couldn't always make up my mind quickly. I'm sure the finished product will be great.
