- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the for their goals and what they have done previously. I then create a plan for them that will ensure the same result from the last salon will not be repeated. I also give them info on how to care for their hair in between visits as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified master colorist. I am also a licensed educator as well.
